Because all Velvra products are made print-on-demand, each piece is specially produced just for your order — which means we cannot accept returns for change of mind or size exchange.
However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a replacement within 14 days of receiving your item. Just contact us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it immediately.
When will I get my order?
Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue and is handcrafted through our print-on-demand process.
Your item will be processed and prepared within 6 business days, and then shipped directly to your address.
We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.
